Ginger Pudding for the lazy girls

4-6 people

Ingredients:
115 g (125 ml) margarine
125 ml fine apricot jam
150 g (375 ml) cake flour
10 ml baking powder
pinch of salt
Syrup:
250 g (310 ml) sugar
625 ml water
5 ml ginger powder

Method:
Melt the margarine over low heat and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Put the syrup ingredients in a pot and heat till boiling point. Add dough to the boiling syrup and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Serve with custard, cream or ice-cream. Enjoy
