Ingredients:
2 packets Tennis biscuits
1 tin condensed milk
2 packets passion fruit jelly (grenadilla)
1 500ml tub mixed fruit yoghurt
1 tin fruit cocktail (mixed fruit pieces in syrup)
200ml boiling water
Method:
Empty the jelly in a mixing bowl, pour the water over and stir until dissolved. Add the condensed milk and the fruit pieces, then the yoghurt. Mix well. Layer a flat dish with the capacity of ± 2 L with the biscuits and then pour a layer of the mix, then add another layer of biscuits. End with a layer of mix. Crumble a few biscuits on top. Put in the fridge overnight or until the biscuits are soft. Enjoy.
