kidney stone cure
1 teaspoon tartaric acid
250ml sweet oil (soetolie)
1 teaspoon hot water
Dissolve the tartaric acid in the hot water and add mix to the sweet oil.
Take the entire lot and drink all at once. You may have to repeat this procedure for 3 days in a row. Take flat coke or a sports drink to balance your nutrients.

A diet worth trying.
Eat only the following to get into a fat burning state and stay there:
eggs (2 per day is fine)
tomato's
meat (including fish, lamb, beef, chicken and pork) fat included
cabbage
mushrooms
lettuce
These are called free foods and you can have as much as you want whenever you want. You can make yourself omelets or cabbage stew or stuffed tomatoes with mushrooms and mince or chicken salad, etc.
do not take fat and carbs together except on the seventh day of your diet. Then you need to take at least 3 slices of pizza to keep your leptin levels high.

5 kg cake flour
5 eggs
3 cups of sugar

2 liter lukewarm water
500 gram butter or margarine
3 cups sugar
1 tin condensed milk
Method:
Melt butter in the milk on the stove and let it cool before use. beat the eggs and the condensed milk together. Mix the yeast with 1 liter lukewarm water and a little bit of the sugar, cover and let it stand for 30 minutes. Add the egg mixture and the milk and butter mixture to the yeast mixture. Add the salt, flour and knead the dough. Make little golf size balls and put them into a bread tin, press them in tightly until the pan is full. Let the dough rise until double in volume. Bake in a preheated oven of 160ºC for an hour.

Bestanddele:
(vir 1 mojito)
• 1 sopie goeie rum, verkieslik Kubaans
• sap van ’n halwe suurlemoen
• hand vol (ja, lekker baie) vars mentblare
• teelepel suiker
• sodawater
• Appletiser
• ys
• suurlemoenskyfie
Só maak jy:
1. Klink sy doppie. Gooi die rum en suurlemoensap in ’n gewone whiskyglas.
2. Dink “groen”… Stop nou al daai mentblare in die glas en gooi die suiker bo-oor. Gebruik ’n vurk of skemerkelkmengertjie om die spulletjie goed te roer (en sommer die ment ook te prik en kneus vir ekstra geur).
3. Koel af, Swaer! Gooi nou ’n hand vol ys in elke glas en vul die res van die glas met die helfte sodawater en helfte Appletiser. Roer dit een keer deur en deel uit. Rond dit af met ’n suurlemoenskyfie in die glas se rand. Salud!
Weg sê: Dit klink dalk soos ’n somerdrankie – en dit is inderdaad – maar dis ook heerlik as ’n aptytwekkertjie voordat die stadiggeroosterde lamskenkels voorgesit word… selfs al is alkohol nie jou beste vriend nie en jy los die rum uit.
